COVID-19 Rollover & Refund Policy

Attention: The Rollover/Refund Period is now over!

Due to the evolving outbreak of 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the decision was made to cancel the upcoming 86th running of the Carolina Cup Races on March 28, 2020. We value the families and many sponsors who have supported this important tradition for decades, and we thank you for your understanding in this time of uncertainty.

Carolina Cup Racing Association ("CCRA") is offering the below options to our patrons which will be available through May 1, 2020. We ask our patrons to please be patient during this process as this is an unprecedented situation.

To rollover your reservation for next year's running of the Carolina Cup Races on March 27, 2021, simply send an email to with your first and last name. This will be marked in our system, and you will be mailed your new ticket packet in 2021.

To obtain a full refund, choose one of the below options:
  • Forward your order confirmation email to
  • Mail your printed order confirmation or ticket packet to CCRA, PO Box 280, Camden, SC 29021
  • Call our office at 803-432-6513, and have your order confirmation number ready to complete the refund process

If you made your purchase via credit card, the refund will be processed back to that card. If you paid via cash or check, you can either elect to have a check mailed to you, or arrange a time to pickup a refund from the CCRA office.

Note: Taxes, service fees and shipping cannot be refunded.

If we do not hear from you by May 1, 2020, your original purchase will be considered a charitable donation to the CCRA 501(c)(4) which we greatly appreciate.

For everyone’s safety during these uncertain times, the CCRA is modifying office opening hours. Therefore, we encourage patrons to email or call before visiting the office. Thank you so much for your support, and please keep yourselves and your family safe.
